ReCon 08 Meeting Tables Availability
Clause.

It is agreed that participants shall have guaranteed access to meeting tables throughout the duration of the event. The Meeting Tables Availability Clause ensures that meeting tables are readily available at the conference venue for participants, providing convenient spaces for business discussions. Participants may reserve a dedicated table under the name of their company for the entirety of the event. Alternatively, participants who choose to attend without a dedicated table may rent a free-use table through the ReConnext system for hourly use during the event, subject to an additional cost. This flexible approach ensures that all participants have appropriate space to conduct business as needed.

Dedicated & Free Meeting Tables

Our dedicated tables have been positioned in the conference hall. Located within the main event area, the tables, which are part of the seating plan, are designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Right next to the dedicated tables, there are free tables. If you don't have a table at ReConnext, our system will automatically assign you one of these desks when you schedule your meeting. All you need to do is select your usage duration.

Lounges

If your company will be represented as a group and you need more than one table at ReConnext, then our lounges in the main hall are perfect for you. These comfortable meeting spaces, which also include a cozy seating area, are located in the foyer. So, it's impossible to miss you!

Beyond Meeting Rooms: Restaurants and Suites

ReConnext offers you much more than the meeting space you could ever imagine. Your meeting space at ReConnext could be a dedicated lounge area, a luxurious duplex room where you can both stay and hold meetings, a la carte restaurants reserved for you all day, or even a Lake House.

Premium Pool Duplex Suites

Measuring an impressive 110 square meters, Premium Pool Duplex Suites are located in the main building of the hotel and are spread out over two levels. The upstairs offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a tub and a shower; one bedroom includes a large single bed, and the second includes two smaller beds. Downstairs is a sitting area, an LCD Smart TV, a mini-bar and a safe. Enjoy the convenience of an in-room kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave and dining table, as well as a furnished 22-square-meter terrace that leads directly to the hotel pool.

Lake House

Nestled in the garden between the main hotel building and the shimmering sea. Measuring 170 square meters in size and overlooking the pool, the suite includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate five adults. The spacious sitting room contains two separate lounges, a large dining table, an LCD Smart TV, a mini-bar and a work desk.

If you're a large group with many meetings scheduled at the same time, then your destination should be one of our two a la carte restaurants, reserved exclusively for you between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Hasır Restaurant

Situated next to the Maiden’s Tower at the Beşiktaş Port, this 2 levels restaurant with a terrace and front garden, will be your meeting room during ReConnext. From 10.00 am to 17.00 pm, dinner tables will serve as meeting tables, 25 people can be seated at the same time, and also there will be a coffee & cookies banquet.

Pascarella Restaurant

Situated under the Maiden’s this single level restaurant with front terrace will be your meeting room during ReConnext. From 10.00 am to 17.00 pm, dinner tables will serve as meeting tables, 25 people can be seated at the same time, and also there will be a coffee & cookies banquet.
